Iberia Maintenance awarded a Qatar Airways V2500 engines contract

  • The contract will result in a ten year agreement between Iberia MRO and Qatar Airways and will involve scheduled visits at Iberia Maintenance depending on the Qatar Airways´fleet
  • Iberia MRO offers a competitive and differentiated proposal for the V2500 engine in terms of efficiency and turnaround time (TAT)

Iberia Maintenance has been awarded a 10 year contract for the repair and maintenance of V2500 engines from Qatar Airways. This strategic agreement will result in scheduled visits over 10 years.

All events will be carried out at Iberia Maintenance’s engine workshop at its facilities next to Madrid airport, with more than 52,000 m2 dedicated to MRO and engineering services.

Iberia Engine Workshop serves airlines and lessors around the world, provides a high quality service, and offers a very differentiated and competitive programme for the V2500 engines in terms of TAT (turnaround time) and efficiency.
