At Iberia Maintenance we are committed to the development of future aviation professionals. For this reason, we collaborate with institutes, vocational training centers and universities to offer apprenticeship programs and a degree.
Every year we welcome hundreds of students in In-Company Training in the different cycles:
- Higher Technician in Maintenance: Turbine Engine
- Aircraft Aeromechanics / Aircraft Electronic and Avionic Systems
- Basic Training 147 B1.1 /B2
- Assembly of structures and installation of aircraft systems and equipment
- Manufacture of aerospace elements with composite materials
- Higher Technician in Automotive
- Technician in: Electromechanics of Machinery / Motor Vehicles
- Surface treatments and painting in the aeronautical industry
- Mechanical manufacturing
- Verification and inspection in the aeronautical industry
- Technician in: Welding and boilermaking / Industrial Mechatronics
In addition
Upon completion of the In-Company Training programs, more than 60% of the trainees become part of Iberia Maintenance’s permanent staff.Iberia is part of the Aerospace Hub for the development of Vocational Training in the Aerospace Sector, and is a member of the EAMTC (European Aeronautical Maintenance Training Committee) for the transfer of knowledge and best practices between aeronautical training centers in Europe.
